Our services

Conveniently located in Southern Sydney, our day hospital provides a variety of surgical and vision correction procedures. These include cataract and laser cataract surgery, refractive lens exchange, corneal transplantation, glaucoma management, vitrectomy and pterygium surgery.

Using the latest surgical techniques and technologies available, our doctors, nurses and administrative team are committed to delivering best-practice, patient-centred care across all day surgery services.

Forest Road Day Surgery’s team of experienced doctors provide an exceptional standard of ophthalmic care. Supported by our day hospital nurses and administrative team, our doctors are committed to delivering the best possible visual outcomes for all patients.

In fact, we go the extra mile to provide patients with a smooth and seamless experience leading up to, on the day of, and following each procedure. This includes providing online registration forms, and a pre- and post-operative checklist to prepare patients for their upcoming procedure and facilitate their recovery. We’ve also implemented a quality and safety program, known as ‘In Safe Hands,’ consisting of systems and processes that protect the wellbeing of our patients and staff.
